First, the Skipper roasts a unique blend of Colombian Supremo and Honduran Princessa into a dark - but not too dark - roasted blend. Then, we separately roast Tanzanian Peaberry at a long-medium blend for that unique sweet African profile; next, we post roast blend them all together.
